When I click on any online video it stutters for about 20 seconds before starting.

Steps to reproduce:

I just clicked on video links (FB, cragislist)


Actual results:

It doesn't buffer or play--it just stutters for about 20 seconds, then finally begins to play, but not at the beginning.  It starts playing somewhere near the beginning of the video.


Expected results:

It should start playing immediately.
Did it work at the same time with a different browser (to be sure that you didn't had a connection issue) ?
Please provide an example URL and the installed Flash player version (visible in addo-Manager/Plugins) in case that Flash plays this video.
Have you tried with a new profile and in safe mode?
It is passed a long time without having info from the reporter. I'll close this in two weeks.
Please update to a newer version and test using the suggestion of comment 1 and comment 2.
