We should set up statsd infrastructure for fjord so that we can start logging metrics that'll help us discovering performance issues.

Playdoh doesn't seem to talk about statsd at all, so either we should set it up like Kitsune has it or find out what Playdoh suggests instead.


This bug covers figuring out what we should be doing, implementing whatever needs implementing and creating bugs for getting the -dev, -stage and -prod servers (whichever exist at the time) set up.

Making this a 1 pointer for now. It's probably either a 1 or a 2.
Adding block on 780626 because this is part of the phase 0 rewrite.

This is a nice-to-have, but shouldn't block phase 0. But we should do this as soon as we can because statsd data is super handy.
