This is probably a known bug, so forgive me if you've seen this one a hundred
times.

Using the latest build of mozilla binary, it crashes on startup and a dialog box
appears with this message:

Assertion Failure
y;\nightly\mozilla\modules\rdf\src\nlcstore.c
Line 163.
Assignee: blythe → rjc

Since this bug is from 2 months ago and obviously we don't crash on start-up
