Steps to reproduce:

Forced shutdown due to a malfunction in my Microsoft Optical mouse.

Expected results:

After rebooting resolution on http://BigCharts.Marketwatch.com/ should be 1280X960. I switched to Chrome and IE to verify and both give correct resolution of http://BigCharts.Marketwatch.com/
