There already is a link to mobile development from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/docs/sdk/latest/ - did you have something else in mind?

ah so it on the index page as a link, I was looking for it as an h4. Can we upgrade it @Will?

The reason it's not an H4 is that H4s in this page are headings for collections of tutorials on a particular theme. If we had (when we have) more than one tutorial on mobile, then sure, it should be an H4. But at the moment, there's only one tutorial on mobile. I assume the reason for making it an H4 is to make it easier to find by scanning the page. I'm OK with this, but in general I'm pretty reluctant to increase the visibility of individual items on this ad hoc basis, because it's the equivalent of talking louder at a noisy party - everyone else has to start doing it to be heard, and pretty soon nobody can hear anything any more.
This seems like not really needed, then?
