Details

The irc.mozilla.org connection limit is currently booting people who are connecting from the Hilton Garden Inn, across the street from Mozilla's toronto office.

This seems to be the same IP address as bug 749197, and I don't think we're anywhere near 100 Mozillians at the Hilton right now.  So maybe the configuration added in bug 749197 has been removed?
I added a few slots for the IP, may take as long as 30 minutes to take effect.
