Steps to reproduce:

I try to create a new mail from the top bar outlook.com and does not work. I try to access the messaging menu from the top bar and does not appear active.


Actual results:

The New Mail Button doesn't work. After clicking it doesn't go to New Mail. The Messaging button appears inactive. Can't access to messaging sidebar.


Expected results:

I should have access to these places

It's likely a regression from bug 726615 which makes elements inactive.

This is with a mouse, is the regression with a touch input device?

It's with the mouse. The image is edited with PrintScreen + CorelDraw
