I know, I know, win64 is a rathole with a tar-baby stuck in it, but we're still shipping it to a lot of nightly users, and because we run tests on non-PGO builds but not on PGO builds, we don't actually know when we make PGO builds not even start up until someone files a bug like bug 795594, and someone else notices that it says that everyone is crashing on startup. Having hidden tests is only a teeny tiny bit better, but teeny tiny bits is where we are.

And yes, we only have a tiny number of win64 test slaves, but because nobody pushes to mozilla-central, they really aren't that overloaded - the slaves report says they are between 30 and 40% busy.
