I reviewed the test code; everything looks to be in order. The test is waiting for the first "draw finished" event following a page load and not receiving it. Stack traces suggest nothing is hung/deadlocked. The test starts waiting before the page load is requested -- no race. 

Perhaps something went wrong in loadUrl (the load request) -- key event went astray, or the awesome bar was not responding??

I note that many, but not all, of the failures - comments 3 - 7 - have a crash during the AllPagesTab test, several tests before testWebContentContextMenu. I don't know how that could be related.
