Otoro phone, build 2012-09-26 us
Taken from default.xml in b2g-distro:

## Repro :
1. launch music app
2. tap Playlist

## Expected :
1. There is some sort of highlight to show mix

## Actual :
1. it seemed to have completely disappeared on the otoro device.  screenshot shows black text on grey w/ black background.  See screenshot:

happens for all options, Mix, playlist, Artists, Albums, More
