As part of the initial landing of the WebRTC feature some smoketests should ensure the basics for the Peer Connection feature are working. This bug covers the request for the following test:

Ensure a local video only connection and the chat works:

* The connection can be established
* Packages can be send/received
* Data can be send/received (chat)
* Disconnect

I thought that I have uploaded a WIP before I headed to vacation 1.5 weeks ago. But it seems to be not the case. At least we both cannot find it. :( Now it's even more disappointing that I lost this patch while transitioning over to my new machine. The patch in mq on my new machine is the testcase as attached to the datachannel leak bug. I don't like to say that but it means I have to start from scratch. Most likely I will flip to use the git repo to be able to push to my own fork on github. Sorry.

No, it's missing all the changes to the pc.js module. So it's of a little help. Thanks.
