Details

Currently I cannot snap windows (popped-out console for instance) when using Windows 7, the manual readjustment is a constant hassle.
We use windows now. But we still have some remaining panels (opened from the webconsole and scratchpad).
Product: Firefox → DevTools

This should be fixed by now.
