Currently when using the b2g emulator no geolocation is set. 

This causes navigator.geolocation.getCurrentPosition not to return data. 

This in turn causes tests not to run.

We need to land this on aurora for B2G testing.  No impact on Firefox or on the B2G product itself.  This is just test code.
