This is a meta bug for tracking Dual-SIM or Multi-SIM bugs.
Allow 2 or more SIM cards for RIL. Each SIM can have different network technologies (WCDMA, CDMA, TD-SCDMA, GSM/EDGE, ...).  This feature should apply to both telephony and mobile data networks.
Is it right if we created telephony and mobile data network object in the following functions in Navigator.cpp?

1. nsNavigator::nsIDOMNavigatorTelephony
2. Navigator::nsINavigatorMobileConnection

Yes, in gaia, app calls "window.navigator.mozTelephony" to get telephony object.
