User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_8_2) AppleWebKit/537.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/22.0.1229.79 Safari/537.4

Steps to reproduce:

1. Scrolled the Evme helper.
2. Noticed the searchbar.
3. Pulled the apps down and transitioned to background image fullscreen mode.


Actual results:

1. The whole page moved.
2. Texts and back button design are not up-to-date
3. Design is not up-to-date.


Expected results:

1. Page stays put.
2. Texts and back button design are up-to-date.
3. Design is up-to-date.
