When you hit a keyboard shorcut (for example, cmd+shift+p to go into private browsing mode), the Tools menu (for example) stays highlighted after the command has been executed.

I think I am affected by this issue, but I cannot reproduce it with cmd-shift-p. One way to reproduce what I think this is about in Firefox 18.0.2 on OS X 10.8.2: - press cmd-u to see the source code for a website - close the source code window - NOT with cmd-w but by clicking the red button in the top left corner Result: the Tools menu is blue until you open another menu or use another keyboard shortcut expected result: nothing in the menu bar should be blue It can also be reproduced in Thunderbird 17.0.2 (same OS X version), but for some reason not with cmd-u - use cmd-j ("saved files") and you will have the same behavior.
