William: can I just run this idea past you? There's already a mozilla.reps.students; this is a request for a specific group for the student reps in Taiwan.

William, we really need your input per Gerv's request, since we need to help the student reps exchange their ideas and thoughts in Chinese (I don't think that post anything other than English content in the current reps.students list is a good idea).

Also IMO, student reps program could be more area-specific then the Remo program. No matter it need be a "reps.students.taiwan" or "reps.students.asia.chinese," create another area-specific list should be okay.

Hi,

Since we have no progress for a few weeks, MoCoTW is going to use another method to help the communication within student reps in Taiwan. I'll suggest to leave this bug as WONTFIX or INVALID.

(But personally I'm still vote for creating area/language-specific lists for student reps, as we don't need them all speak English.)

Apologis for the LONG delay :( I completely missed this bug :(

I approve this specific mailing list for students in Taiwan. The student reps program in Taiwan, China and Japan are fairly different programs, essentially due to language. So I confirm that it will make things easier to have separate mailing lists for those programs.

Bob: now William has approved, we can go right ahead with mozilla.reps.students.taiwan if that's OK with you. It shouldn't take more than a couple of days to get set up.

We have already opened another communication channel for the students, so I think this is not needed anymore. I'll re-open this bug once we need it again, thanks!
