Blogs on allizom.org are getting indexed by search engines.  These should be prevented via the robots.txt.

Examples:
* blog.allizom.org
* brendaneich-dev.allizom.org
* blog-lizardwrangler-dev.allizom.org
hacks.allizom.org is also affected but I'm not sure if that uses the same infrastructure.
