Platform: PowerBook G3/300/192Mb/30Gb, MacOS X 10.0.3
Build: Fizzilla 20010509

This just started happening with this build; it wasn't an issue with the 4/17
build. Go to the following page.

http://maccentral.macworld.com/news/0105/09.anchordesk.shtml

Click once on any of the text in the body of the page, then hit the space bar.
The page scrolls down, as you would expect.

Now, hit the reload button. Scroll the page to the top using the scrollbar once
again. Now hit space. Notice that the page won't scroll. You can even click on
the text of the page, to check that this isn't a focus issue. Sometimes it
scrolls, sometimes it doesn't.
