Everytime I reload this image I get a different result. Filing as a security bug because it *looks* like corruption.

Argh. This also decodes correctly for me.
It renders correctly for me on the latest Firefox, Aurora, and Nightly.
I'm currently on 19.0a1 (2012-10-21), updating.

Actually I have 'gfx.color_management.enablev4'. That's like the issue confirming now.
It's indeed caused by 'gfx.color_management.enablev4'.
Component: ImageLib → GFX: Color Management
Summary: XKCD PNG does not decode correctly → XKCD PNG does not decode correctly with iccv4

When is this expected to be default?
Image looks ok to me on Mac OS X 10.8 with gfx.color_management.enablev4 set to true on a 2012-11-02 19.0a1 Nightly. Do I have to restart to have that take effect? Can you still reproduce?
Do you have any of the other gfx.color_management. prefs set to non-default values?
