Steps to reproduce:

upgraded to v16 


Actual results:

browser UI is now all grey with funny icons that are ahrd to see and use


Expected results:

it should have stayed like v14 or even v3.6

Also, can you please confirm whether this issue is still reproducible when you start Firefox in safe mode or with a clean profile?
