This is an image/graphics rendering bug as the colours of a few pixels are the only difference between the test and the reference, and are only off by a few digits (red is off by ~16, green is unaffected, blue is off by ~8). Specifically, the mismatching pixels are those of a static png image, and the same image is used by the test and the reference.
