Until we have time to do bug 788048 let's make the correlations server configurable and point at the old site.

Note that this requires CORS headers enabled on the old server, which I have done for crash-stats-dev.allizom.org

If you test this locally, make sure to override the default in local.py (there's a working example for our prod server in local.py-dist)
