After upgrading to the lates TB by opening the "About" window, then clicking on the "upgrade" button, my message window is initially garbled. I have to select a different folder to fix this. Running repair on that folder didn't have any effect, and since it happens with all folders I tried so far, I'm confident that it is not a folder (or imap server) issue. The attached screenshot shows the area between the top of the message list frame, to the first two messages in that folder. I have tried to wipe out the names of my correspondents to protect the innocent. I use the three-pane layout, if it matters anything.

does repairing the folder helps ?

Anything in Tools -> Error console ?
