Please create the following Target Milestones in Core and Boot2Gecko.

"B2G C1 (through 11/19/12)"
"B2G C2 (11/20/12-12/10/12)"
"B2G C3 (12/11/12-1/1/13)"
"B2G C4 (1/2/13 and on)"

it would be significantly clearer to use yyyy/mm/dd format instead of mm/dd/yy:

"B2G C1 (through 2012/11/19)"
"B2G C2 (2012/11/20 to 2012/12/10)"
"B2G C3 (2012/11/12 to 2013/1/1)"
"B2G C4 (2013/1/2 and on)"

on the core product, where should these milestones be sorted?  between mozilla21 and future?

ah, milestones have a maximum length of 20 characters, which all of these exceed :(

the following alternatives are short enough:

"B2G C1 (to 19nov)"
"B2G C2 (20nov-10dec)"
"B2G C3 (12dec-1jan)"
"B2G C4 (2jan on)"
