As a user, when a Bluetooth connection fails, I want to be informed that I must "Check that the device you're trying to connect with is still in range and has Bluetooth turned ON" so that I may troubleshoot the "Unable to Connect Devices" condition.

Issue persists on Unagi build 20130103070201. Tested with a Jabra SP200. Placed an incorrect PIN code when prompted by Unagi and Unagi never provided any kind of error message.
