seen on mac commercial build 2001-05-15-04-trunk

-launch in classic skin
-notice that the side bar, if it is open, is missing it's open/close grippy.

you can click on the sidebar edge and drag this shut, but once you do there 
isn't any way to reopen it.  Using the Menu to show it, doesn't help.

Note: this is classic skin only.... the grippy is present in modern
yes I see this problem on 5/16 builds on Mac...
I can't test this until bug 81197 is fixed
