If automatic setup fails and the user chooses to manually setup account, the fields for username and host name should pre-populated so that the user doesn't have to manually enter all the values from scratch.
Priority: -- → P3
I think :squib, :mcav, and :jrburke did various overhauls of the manual setup and automatic/manual setup interaction that vastly improved this.
