User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:17.0) Gecko/17.0 Firefox/17.0 Build ID: 20121119183901 Steps to reproduce: I have a dual monitor system with W7 updated and latest Firefox v. 17.0 - start Firefox on secondary monitor (on the right) - move FF window on primary monitor (on the left) - Click on upper left FF dropdown menu . the menu is not shown 'till you hoover over a item . the menu flickers while dropping down - hoover over an option with a sub menu Actual results: If the submenu area is NOT overlapping primary menu: - The sub menu is shown (while flickering) like hoovering "Option" menu - The primary menu disappears (its frame remains visible) when you hoover over any sub menu items (see attached image) If the submenu area is overlapping primary menu: - The sub menu is not shown (like hovering "Print ..." option) - The sub menu is appears when hoovering any sub menu options
