Coldfusion 8 Flash forms no longer works in 17.0 or 18.0. Applications using them will not load the control. Still works in 16.0.2

Steps to reproduce:

Tried to visit a Coldfusion 8 form on our intranet.


Actual results:

All Flash forms are blank.  Example is a login form missing all fields and is blank.


Expected results:

CFFORM should have loaded properly.  Still loads on IE and 16.0.2
Likely fallout from bug 588909. If you install the user agent switcher extension and set the user agent to Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:17) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/17 does the site work?
Installed the extension and set it to Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:17) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/17, had no effect at all. Except for the 20100101 part most of that was already in there actually.
Still not showing up in 18.0.1
Is this still an issue ?
In that case we need a testcase, either attached or as url
