Enable Data switch on First Time Experience won't switch on and off or takes too long before I give up.

Details

Flashed with today's build (this bug's creation date), and entered FTE.  Clicked the Enable Data switch.  Nothing happened for several attempts, eventually it worked.  Tried turning it off just to see if I could turn it off, nothing happened.  Kept trying and eventually it turned off, but this is very frustrating.
