Attachment: list of repos with full path

Please create 28 git repositories on git.mozilla.org per attachment in support of bug 815846.

All repos share the same values:
    - full path to repository is as given in attachment
    - all repositories are writeable only by user vcs-sync@m.c and world
      readable
    - no hooks
    - description of "local master"

It would be awesome if these could be created before the weekend. It is for b2g.
