crash when opening a new window.  First saw this when I right clicked to open
link in new window.  Also crashes when oppening mail/news window

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.try to open mail/news or new navigator window

Actual Results:  crash

Expected Results:  new window should open
keyword set to smoketest, fails test B.8 new browser window

I just wrote bug 81629 on the same behavior for mac and windows... I wasn't able 
to get a inux build to load.  these are probably dupes of one another.
Agreed Tracy, marking this as dup of your bug 81629 ( although I did beat you to
it by 1 ;-) )
