Details

We currently use upstream repos verbatim mostly.  There are times when we want to patch a small portion of the system without forking and maintaining the fork.  On CodeAurora, there is infrastructure for maintaining a set of patches.  Let's use that in our tree.  I've done some initial work on this and will be posting patches shortly.
