steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/admin/apps/featured 2. Add an app and save changes 3. Change the date range and save again 4. Change the regions the app is featured for and save changes again. 5. Check out the homepage observed behavior: Homepage shows twitter as a featured app six times. See screenshot.

I thought Allen's patch caused this and it was backed out. Is this still reproducible?
