820240 - Firefox keeps Facebook default logged in

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.11 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/23.0.1271.95 Safari/537.11

Steps to reproduce:

Launch 'Nightly' - Load Facebook Login page 


Actual results:

Facebook Login - shows default Username(my own) and Password(my own) - tried logging in with the default setting, it navigates as usual to the FB home page.


Expected results:

Username, Password should not be stored...the browser  must prompt for Login information. This seems to be insecure even for testing purposes!

Settings adjusted: Menu bar - Options - Security - unselect 'Remember passwords for sites' - click 'Done' button

Result - all cookies deleted for passwords, browser does not remember the passwords for Facebook.

I did this change for 'Firefox' version 17.0 branch and found updated even in 'Nightly' - is it by default design or to be concerned?

Arthi, if you use the same profile, than that is the correct behaviour.

I can't reproduce this issue on the latest Nightly.

Sorry for the late reply! I do not see any issue with the latest updates in Nightly 26 and the released version of FF.
FYI - I just got the email notification for Bugzilla, past few months I haven't got any. Usually, when there is a comment posted for the bug report, there is an email notification pushed to the registered email ID. but, seems like it didn't happen for few weeks now. I lately realized after I saw Wayne's comment in the email today. 
Anyways, as of now, no issues.
