Notes app (hosted) currently doesn't install on FxOS - The error message says download has halted/stopped - I suspect an appcache issue.

(Filed for tracking.  This can possibly be dupe'd to another bug once we determine the underlying issue.)

with the latest dogfooding update this still happens.  FxOS will now attempt to re-download it if you try to load the app but it fails every time.

Turns out this is a bug with the actual app - the launch_path and appcache_path was incorrect.

We need to know the appcache is invalid for review purposes but FxOS should also handle it better like Firefox on Android does (imo)

Patch landed - issue is fixed now with notes app.

I attempted to navigate to the site for the Notes app, but when the page loaded there was text stating "This app has been rejected and is unavailable until its developer submits a new version".  I am also unable to find it on the Marketplace app.

Yes, that's correct.  I rejected it on the 20th Dec.

That's because its rejected.
