I can access the above web site in mozilla 0.8 but not in mozilla 0.9.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.luanch the mozilla browser
2.type "wmail1.scig.gov.hk" in URL and press enter
3.

Actual Results:  In mozilla 0.9, it just keep on waiting until it time out.

Expected Results:  It will show some of kind of webmail authentication screen
worksforme mozilla 2001052320 on win98. this is a post 0.9 build. Can you please
try a new nightly and check?
