While I love the new modern3 theme in most all respects, I believe the sidebar
needs further work.  If you have a fair number of tabs and are using a screen
resolution of say 1024x768, the tabs don't look that great (to me and a
workmate).  Simply reducing the vertical space above the tab's name and "folder
tab" line might be enough to make it look less jumbled.
