So far in the last week, I've heard of two people with completely bricked phones after flashing them. I'm not sure exactly what's causing it (one was flashing to the test-drivers 12-06 build and one was an engineering build)

A bricked phone in this case boots only to the turkcell logo and no further. adb cannot find the device at all and it thus can't be re-flashed.

I wanted to get a bug on file to see if there may be a bug in a recent build or if there's something (semi-) common that people are doing that bricks phones.
