Problem: Give users a way to find Help when it comes to the Facebook Messenger for Firefox. 

M Verdi explains that: "our support content is/can be more than just how to fix something when it's broken. It's the details of how things work and how you can get the most out them." 

We also linked to SUMO with the What's New page in Firefox 13, and 85% of those visitors found it very helpful. 

Solution: Add a link to the Facebook Messenger What's New page that has been implemented in Bug 808117 pointing to SUMO. en-US only.

Please add this text link by 1/4/2013 -- that's three weeks and 11 work days from now. 

Process: 
Keep it rolling!

Matej - please create words then pass to (or work with) Ty to incorporate into this page. 
Ty - attach a modified mockup and please assign to Mike Alexis to find a dev to implement and deploy by 1/4. 

We want this What's New ready well before Fx18 (1/8).

Additional Copy/Graphic Direction: Text link need not be super noticeable or in a prime spot. Can be below the fold - present enough for people who need more info to find, but not at the expense of the main CTA of the page.

Ty is currently slammed on mwc.  Is a mockup necessary or can we/he provide direction on where to place the link - with webdev to implement off of direction vs. a mockup?

Hey LoFo, I didn't say that it wasn't on the radar, I was simply jumping in to express the shifts in availability and suggest that we skip to implementation vs. spinning up a mockup.  I've pinged both Ty and Matej so they can share their thoughts.. but I suspect we can go straight to implementation here to save time.

Hey Mike, It was ready to go as of comment #10 :)  just needed LoFo's selection on which placement she preferred.  Both were fine to me, they prioritized different things and so it was her decision.  I'd say this is ready so lets push it over to dev.

Top placement under the bottom is good, as in Comment 9 since I do want this to be noticeable enough that people vaguely remember having seen a link to help, if they do need help down the way.
