This bug is a little vague but we essentially want to make AMO say "Themes" everywhere it says Personas.  

Some potential complications:
- table names, permissions, etc. don't need to change
- Current Themes will still exist.  Greg had a plan to de-emphasize them.  We should do that. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eT3FfUbeQu99J6Ra0tNQx7oR9LiT1KDiJv1svDKvS4c/edit
- L10n might get messed up (page layout) due to different string lengths
