Details

"Download stopped" error on FxOS, download button spins and times out on Android.

Historically, this is due to an appcache error, but the cache is valid according to http://manifest-validator.com.  What else can we verify?

I tried installing this app and this is what I see -

May be the appcache has invalid MIMETYPE?

Nope, app installs ok now.
