Steps to reproduce:

I installed Firefox OS Simulator Add-on.

I changed the language to Chinese, but very few things only showing in Chinese language others are in English only 

When i saw the setting page language below it showing English instead of Chinese
Since chinese is not the priority support language while first shipping.
I think the translation is not completed yet.
Thanks for filing this bug. As the bug was filed a long days ago, I suppose it may have been resolved. Would you kindly check again and let me know , if you can re produce the bug Now or not. This thing will be really appreciated.

It works fine in Firefox OS Simulator 2.2
