Builds is on May 23, 2001.

If I try and open my IMAP/SSL mailbox and I don't have psm installed I see this
on the console:

Error loading with many headers to download: [Exception... "Component returned
failure code: 0x804b0033 [nsIMsgFolder.updateFolder]"  nsresult: "0x804b0033
(<unknown>)"  location: "JS frame :: chrome://messenger/content/commandglue.js
:: ChangeFolderByURI :: line 234"  data: no]

It would probably help users if there was a dialog that popped up or something.
 That's not the right error message for that error. :)

My understanding is PSM can't not be installed at this point.
