8249 - [PP] linux only, Card View pane doesn't display anything

Using 19990615 build on linux, the Card View pane of the Address Book, doesn't
display the card information like Win32 and Mac does.

1. Launch Messenger
2. Launch Address Book  (currently I'm letting it create the default ldap
entries)
3. Select Personal Address Book (displays two names)
4. Select one of the names in the Results pane (should display the card
information, but it doesn't).

checked in a fix.

I had to remove NO_GET_XPT=1 line from Makefile.in.

This was causing the following error at run time:

Using build 1999061908 on linux this is fixed. Verified
