This is to request an HG account with commit rights for Sayak Sarkar (sayak.bugsmith@gmail.com) [Wiki username: Sayak, Reps account: https://reps.mozilla.org/u/sayak_bugsmith/] for the bn_IN repository. 

I'm an active l10n contributor of the bn_IN locale for various Mozilla projects, including SUMO, and am the RLL for NeMo. Currently I'm working on Firefox OS l10n and as such would require HG access.
I'd like to vouch for Sayak's account. He has been translating various Mozilla components and in other projects for Bengali-India. Thanks.

Awesome to hear.  For this level of access you will need a committer agreement.  Check out -> http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/

We will also need your public ssh-key attached to this bug once your agreement has been received.

I have checked the committer's agreement and am a bit confused. Should I scan the signed copy it and attach it as an attachment here, or should I send it in as an email to sarmitage@mozilla.com?
