When user opens an email account with more then 50 messages in the folder, he/she is only able to see a limited ammount of messages being downloaded from the server and there is no "load more messages from the server" option is displayed.(I used 2 different gmail accounts: one gmail account had only 22 messages downloaded, the other one - 21 messages; and  Hotmail account had 50 messages  downloaded in the Inbox folder).

Repro Steps:
1. Install build ID 20130103070201
2. Set up an email account on the device with more then 50 messages in the Inbox (Gmail, Hotmail)
3. Open the email account  - Inbox Folder
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
5. Observe loading of the messages

Actual result: Only limited amount of messages are being downloaded from the server. There is no "load more messages from the server" option displayed.

Expected result: "Load more messages from the server" option is displayed and user is able to continue to load messages.

Note that you're not supposed to see "load more messages" on Hotmail accounts. The ActiveSync protocol doesn't support us doing things like that, unfortunately.

You accidentally caused this by putting canGrowSync under ImapFolderConn instead of ImapFolderSyncer in post-review requested change commit:

This landed as part of https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia-email-libs-and-more/pull/104 on Jan 2nd.


I landed a bustage fix on Jan 8th:

I didn't wait on review for that since it was pretty clear it was an accident and my changes were backed-up by the unit tests agreeing with me.
