Summary:
When a file sent from Phone 1, via Bluetooth, is rejected by Phone 2; Phone 1 does not receive a message referencing the rejection.

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Phone 1: Go to Settings > Bluetooth
2) Phone 1: Pair to Phone 2
3) Phone 1: Select a photo from gallery and select ‘Send to Bluetooth Device’ 
4) Phone 1: Select Phone 2 as recipient 
5) Phone 2: Select ‘Deny’ when prompted to accept file transfer

Expected:
1) Phone 1: receives notification that file transfer was rejected

Actual:
No message is displayed that file was rejected
