When I first set up the foopies for the initial set of pandas, I assumed 11 devices per foopy. This was an erroneous assumption, and I need to reorganize the way they are allocated so they all fit for the devices in chassis 9. I'll attach a patch. At the same time, we need to reimage pandas 808-873 because of bug 826694. I'll open a bug for dcops and coordinate with them.
